How it Works
Counselling is a process of talking through your concerns with a trained professional who will really listen and help you to understand yourself better. This can help you to feel understood, accepted and will enable you to live your life in a more effective and satisfying way.
It is not advice giving, it is about you finding your own understanding with someone who is impartial, non-judgemental, empathetic and compassionate. It is not the same as talking to a friend or family member, you can expect a deeper insight into your feelings and a clearer path going forward.
Sessions are 50 mins. Clients typically sign up for 8 sessions, and this can be extended or reduced if appropriate. This includes an intial assessment during the first session. Fees are £40 per session.
